Hi, I'm Joey —
a UX Designer based in the UK.
I'm a UX designer with a background in photography, visual communication and teaching. I've come to product design to create digital products that people actually want to use, that are simple, frictionless and natural. I focus on the user research, testing, iterating, ship, test repeat — turning ambiguous problems into user tested solutions.
I have previously worked in the Netherlands, Egypt, Thailand, South Korea and Kenya. This brings insight and empathy with different users, and an openness to doing things differently.
When I'm not designing I'm usually reading, dreaming about food, or researching my next adventure. I'm currently open to full-time and freelance work.
My dream job is working on products that will serve the next billion users.
